Delma Kinney of Atlanta, won a million dollars again, exactly three years after he won his first million! Kinney bought the winning ticket at a Chevron Food store while he also bought some medications to heal a headache. His headache definitely disappeared when he checked the winning numbers and realized that he did it again!

Kinney is a father of three and he had saved a part of the first winnings to establish a college fund for his kids. Now he plans to donate some of his new winnings to charity.
