I saw a program on BBC FOOD from the owner of the best restaurant in the world called the FAT DUCK.
Well the art of the Fish and Chips except the chips of course which is a pretty forward procedure , the most importand part is the batter for the fish which is been made from the following ingredients:
1. Flour
2. Honey
3. Beer
Mix all the ingredients together dip in the fish fillet and fry it until golden 🙂
