1 Table Spoon of Tahini
2 Table Spoons of Yogurt
1 Tea Spoon of Honey
1 Finely Chopped Garlic
Salt
Lemon
Mix all the above in a ball … add litle hot water to make the mixture creamy.
Cut as much as you want Eggplants (i will say around 3) in rounds , oil them good with olive oil and salt, then grill everything .
Serve in a platter and drop the Tahini sauce on the top.
Have in mind that the Tahini sauce also goes well with chicken and also as a salad dressing.
